This pinot noir has a very bright garnet robe with purple shades

then pressed and left to a wild ferment in both 1000 L oak barrels (fuder) and stainless-steel tanks

and on the palate you get a lip-smacking sweet/sour tang with herbal body and generosity

The 2023 SRS Chardonnay shows lovely lifted fruit together with some delicate savoury notes from solids and wild ferment
