The wine still has ample tannin, but is more delicate than many Cabernet based blends. It has a fresh bouquet of spiced vanilla and leather, due to some time aging in new oak. Overall, the wine spends more time in neutral barrel and cement and is very balanced with vibrant cassis, black plum, and blackberry fruit. Enjoy with a black bean burger or grilled
